The game provides a complete documentation about the games, in case you don't know the rules. The physic engine is very realistic, you can perform any kind of shot (even parabolic ones) and you can also change the table temperature. About

The first version of this game was developed in 1996 for MS DOS systems by Marco Chiesi as a pure C++ programming exercise and then distributed free of charge through various channels (in those days the spread of internet in Italy was still extremely limited). It was the first and only billiard game that simulated the specialty of the 5 pins.

A few years later, in 2001, version 2 was created for Windows systems, much more feature-rich, with a new graphic design (thanks to the precious collaboration of Francesco Schiumerini), a new engine for the physics of the balls, sound effects, statistics, etc. Version 2 was very successful on the Internet, totaling millions of downloads and reviews on websites and specialized magazines.

Between the end of 2001 and the beginning of 2002, due to the success of version 2, work began for a further new version 3, which unfortunately was never completed. Since 2002, the development of the project has been abandoned. The latest available version is 2.2, downloadable from this site, still working but clearly obsolete for the current level of technology.
